I offer you a personal level of service whether the job is big or small.

My rates vary dependant on the type of work undertaken but as a guideline painting and decorating and general maintenance tasks are generally £130 a day, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments typically £150-£180 a day, fencing £130-£150. Odd jobs are generally £35 for first hour, and then £15 an hour. These are typical examples of my rates but work outside the area may incur travel/transport costs. The best way to be sure is to ask though.

If you would like me to visit you to show me what work you require doing, I will arrange to visit of an evening after 6pm; unfortunately it is not usually possible to visit during the day due to booked work.

Please be aware that I am always very busy and it is unlikely that I can undertake even small jobs at short notice, there is typically an 8-12 week lead time so please be aware of this when contacting me.

If you aren't moving but need things improving then give me a call. From changing a tap washer or broken electrical fitment, to a whole house refurbishment. Please be aware that I am always booked 10-12 weeks in advance though it may be possible to undertake some smaller jobs occasionally if they can be accomodated in the evening.
